Ayleen Mini is the Director of Internal Audit at Grupo Apolo and a member of the Strategic Council, where she brings more than three decades of experience in real estate management, project development, and financial control. Her approach combines technical rigor, deep business knowledge, and a continuous commitment to institutional transparency.
Since 2023, she has led the creation and operation of the Internal Audit Department, overseeing key areas such as construction, budgeting, human resources, and investments. She has also been responsible for auditing and authorizing payments for both Grupo Apolo and Grupo Gea.
Her trajectory within the group includes overseeing the development, execution, and sales of the Plaza Zona 4 Shopping Center (1999–2002), as well as managing office projects at Torres Profesionales Z.4. Early in her career, she held relevant positions at entities such as Gestión Inmobiliaria (1995–1997) and Bancor – Transcom, where she participated in the opening of its offshore branch (1993).
Ayleen holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Francisco Marroquín. She completed a Diploma in Project Management from the Berkeley Extension Program and earned a Master Piccole Imprese from Bocconi University. Her multidisciplinary experience and comprehensive understanding of the business strengthen the corporate governance of Grupo Apolo and support the group’s orderly evolution in its new stage of expansion.
