CEO – Grupo Apolo
Jorge Mini is the CEO of Grupo Apolo, a family-owned real estate development corporation founded in 1924 by his grandfather, Giovanni Mini Bressani. Since his appointment in 2014, he has led the group’s expansion and modernization, overseeing the development of more than 500,000 m² in corporate, industrial, and residential projects across Central America.
He graduated in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Purdue University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Since joining the group, he has been a cornerstone in driving the company’s growth and modernization.
Beyond his business endeavors, Jorge is a passionate advocate for social causes. Since 2006, he has led efforts in the fight against pediatric cancer, serving as a benefactor of a fund established in 2007 to support transportation for underprivileged families to treatment centers. In 2015, he founded Hogar Estuardo Mini, a free care center for children with terminal cancer, integrated into the AYUVI (Fundación Ayúdame a Vivir) program.
